Description:

Major refurbishment of an existing Listed Building with associated new structures, for a private client. 

Large two storey extension to the existing building with partial rebuild elements and minor underpinning.  A new below ground swimming pool complex, utilising a full reinforced concrete basement and retaining structure with  steel framed and brick / flint masonry wall superstructure.

Also includes an Oak framed structure on brick / flint walls and hollowcore retaining walls to form a new Car Port and House Link.
