Description:

Major refurbishment of a large residential property for a private client in Winchester, including new single storey extensions front and rear.

A large steel portal frame was required to create a 6.5m span new opening for the rear single storey extension. 

High input project due to many alterations, including a new cantilever walkway, removal of internal load bearing walls and the addition of the upper floor.
